CareNotes is for the whole dental office: owners, associates, specialists, hygienists, assistants, treatment planners, insurance, and front desk. Specialties include GP, perio, oral surgery, ortho, endo, and prosth.

Core note-taking is free forever. Premium is for PMS integration and schedule sync. Audio is processed on-device and does not leave the phone. HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR. PHI is not used to train models.
