Apple Watch

Apple Watch
dental scribe

Chairside recording from the wrist. The phone finishes the note. Start on one device and add audio on another. Included in the free core.

Recording from the wrist

CareNotes on Apple Watch is for the operatory, not a second desktop. You start recording from the wrist so the phone can stay in a pocket or on the counter. Talk normally. Hands-free from hallway to chair. The Watch captures the visit audio; the iPhone finishes the structured note for review and sign-off. That split is the product: wrist for capture, phone for the note.

Apple Watch is part of the free core forever — with AI note, recording, transcription, edit, History, and custom templates. You do not need Premium to record from the Watch. Premium is PMS integration and schedule sync. See pricing.

Cross-device continuity

A patient can be started on one device and audio added on another. Start on the Watch when you greet the patient, add audio from the iPhone if you switch rooms, or continue on iPad. Surfaces named on the site: iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Android, and desktop/web at carenotes.ai/notes. The note can be finished on the phone without waiting on a desktop, and a note can be finished without internet.

Who this is for

The Watch path is for any provider who wants the phone out of the way at the chair: owners, associates, specialists, hygienists, and assistants. CareNotes is an ambient dental AI scribe built in two Manhattan group dental offices. 117+ procedure-specific agents coordinated by Carey draft the note — not one generalist model. If you forgot to hit record, talk to it afterward like a scribe. Voice perio (pockets, BOP, recession, mobility, furcation) can still be spoken or tapped on the phone after the Watch recording. Every PMS is supported on free via copy/paste from carenotes.ai/notes. Premium is schedule sync and from-the-hand upload at $99.99/month founding lock for the first 1,000 offices, or $719.93/year, per location, unlimited users, no contract, cancel anytime. Android recording is on Google Play; Apple Watch recording is an Apple Watch feature.
