Now / Up Next lists every patient on today’s schedule with the procedure and provider. Tap one and start recording. No patient lookup, no typing.

After 5 PM the schedule looks ahead, so the huddle brief for tomorrow’s patients is ready before anyone arrives. How the huddle works
CareAssist
A short clinical recap and the personal details worth remembering, pulled from the chart notes and CareNotes history for each patient on the list.
Send to chart
The finished note goes into the patient’s record in your practice software, straight from the phone, with a Ready to Upload confirmation on Home.
Premium is one plan per location with unlimited users. Linking is done once for the office; everyone you share Premium with gets the same schedule.
Back into the chart
Sign on the phone. It lands in the record.
Calendar Sync brings the schedule in. The same link carries the finished note back out, so the chart is done before you reach the next room.
Ready to Upload, then done
When a note is signed, Home shows a Ready to Upload badge. Tap it and the note is written into that patient’s record in your practice software, labeled with your system’s name so you always know where it went.

In Settings, choose your system and follow the step-by-step Integration guide. Settings shows Linked when it is done, and we help if anything gets stuck.
Share with the team
Turn on Premium Sharing for each provider. They inherit the office’s link automatically, so today’s schedule shows up on their phone with nothing to re-enter. Starter guide

Before you link
What do I need for Calendar Sync?
Premium and a linked practice system. Premium is priced per location with unlimited users, so one subscription covers every provider in the office. Once the captain links the software and shares Premium, the schedule appears for everyone.
Does the finished note go back into the chart?
Yes on Open Dental, Dentrix Ascend, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, SoftDent, and PracticeWorks: sign on the phone and tap Ready to Upload. Curve Dental syncs the schedule and Morning Huddle today; note writeback is coming soon. On any system, on any plan, you can also copy the note from carenotes.ai/notes.
Where does perio go?
Voice perio charting is included in the note on every system. Direct upload into the structured perio chart is live on Open Dental and Dentrix Ascend, and in progress for the others.
My software is not listed. Can I still use CareNotes?
Yes. Recording, the AI note, History, Apple Watch, and custom templates work without any link, and every finished note can be copied from carenotes.ai/notes into any chart. Email info@cnotes.ai and tell us what you run.
Does every provider have to set it up?
No. One person links the office’s practice software and shares Premium. Each member inherits the connection, so the schedule shows up on their phone without re-entering anything.
