Every practice management system is supported on free by copying the finished note from carenotes.ai/notes and pasting it into Dentrix, Eaglesoft, SoftDent, Open Dental, or any other system. That is a real path, not a limitation speech.
Premium is what CareNotes charges for, because PMS companies charge CareNotes: PMS integration and schedule sync, CareAssist from prior notes, today-and-tomorrow schedule, and finished notes that upload from the hand into the linked chart with a “Ready to Upload” confirmation. Follow the desktop agent setup guide. Dentrix Ascend is linked on CareNotes' side — there is nothing to install in Ascend. Open Dental can use an API path. Other stacks use the agent where required.
