How billing works
One subscription for the office.
Premium is priced per location, not per seat. Subscribe once for the practice and every provider at that office shares it.

On the web, checkout runs through Stripe. On iPhone, Premium is purchased through the App Store. Local currency and tax are shown before you pay.

Is there a contract?
No. Premium is a month-to-month subscription with zero commitment. Cancel anytime from your account (web purchases) or your App Store subscriptions (iPhone purchases), and access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
What does “per location” mean?
One subscription covers one office. Every provider at that location shares it through the linked practice management system, with no per-user fees. A group with several offices subscribes once per location.
What is the founding price lock?
The first 1,000 offices get Premium at $99.99 a month, and that rate is guaranteed for as long as the subscription stays active, even after the price rises for practices that join later.
Do I have to integrate with my PMS to use CareNotes?
No. The free app writes, edits, and stores your notes, and copy-paste mode drops the finished note into any practice management system. Premium is only for practices that want notes uploaded directly, the schedule synced, and CareAssist summaries before each visit.
How do I pay?
On the web, checkout runs through Stripe and you can update your card or view invoices in the Stripe billing portal from your account. On iPhone, Premium is purchased through the App Store and managed in your Apple subscriptions. Prices are in USD; local currency and tax are calculated at checkout.
What about refunds?
See our Refund Policy. App Store purchases are billed by Apple and follow Apple’s refund process. For anything else, email info@cnotes.ai and a person will reply.
