Referral reports, not a new charting language
Referral requests and reports are a live product feature. They exist so the next provider is not starting over — the referring GP, the on-call covering surgeon, or the office that will see the patient for follow-up. Keep the report to what was discussed and documented in that visit. This page does not list extraction sequences, implant staging, or post-op medication schedules. Those belong in your training and your templates, not in a marketing playbook.
